On the road in the Portland, Seattle and Quebec, Canada
In June, I was on the road in the Pacific Northwest shooting an ad campaign for a company called Arclin. Arclin manufactures materials that go into industrial products such as resins and wood overlays.

Traveling from Phoenix with my first assistant Marc Altman we met up with Imre Communications Creative Director Chris Denney in Portland. We arrived the first day to scout factories in Eugene, Oregon and south down to Roseburg. The first plant we photographed in Roseburg, Oregon had a steady stream of sawdust in the air, not snow…

We photographed at various locations in Oregon for 2 days and then drove north to Seattle. Fortunately we had a travel day in Portland and day off in Seattle over the weekend.

The first couple days in Seattle it rained with minimal visibility and when it finally cleared off this amazing scene of Mount Rainier was revealed from my hotel room in Tacoma.

After 2 days shooting in Washington backtracked down the coast to one additional location in Oregon before wrapping up in Portland and heading back to Phoenix. In July I traveled to Quebec, Canada to do some follow up shots at a plant to complete the work on the campaign.
